Main Duties and responsibilities • Running of the school kitchen including stock, ordering , preparation and cooking of daily meals • Ensure consistency of food and service standards delivered to students and hospitality • Assist with catering school events held out of normal school hours • Assist the Business Manager with managing and improving all controllable costs • Assist with menu development
