A Level 3 qualification often asked for in senior care worker roles.
Senior care worker roles (SOC 6136) can't sponsor applicants from outside the UK. If you're already in the UK, for example on a Graduate visa, you can switch only after working for the sponsoring care employer for at least three months, applying before 22 July 2028.
